Why most workplace training falls flat

Organisations spend billions on development programmes every year, yet fewer than 15 per cent of participants apply what they learn. We built our methodology to close that gap permanently.

The common pitfalls

  • Generic content that ignores your sector's specific pressures
  • Passive lecture formats that fade from memory within days
  • No follow-up structure to embed new behaviours on the job
  • Facilitators who have never managed a team themselves

How we do it differently

  • Every module is co-designed with your leadership team before delivery
  • Active learning — simulations, role-plays, peer coaching circles
  • A 90-day reinforcement plan with check-ins and micro-challenges
  • Facilitators with at least ten years of operational leadership experience

Four steps from enquiry to impact

Our engagement model is transparent and collaborative from the very first conversation.

Diagnostic deep-dive

We interview stakeholders, review performance data and observe workflows to pinpoint the real skill gaps — not just the symptoms.

Programme architecture

Our learning designers build a modular curriculum mapped to your competency framework, complete with facilitator guides and participant workbooks.

Immersive delivery

Sessions run on-site or virtually in cohorts of eight to sixteen, blending experiential exercises with structured reflection and peer feedback.

Sustained reinforcement

Post-programme nudges, manager toolkits and quarterly impact reviews keep momentum alive long after the final session.

Programme areas we specialise in

Each offering can be delivered as a stand-alone workshop, a multi-week programme or an ongoing development partnership.

Team building and problem solving exercise

Change resilience and adaptability

Equip your workforce to navigate restructuring, digital transformation and market shifts with practical frameworks for managing ambiguity, stress and competing priorities.

Senior training consultant reviewing programme materials

Built by practitioners, not academics

Our core team combines over sixty years of hands-on leadership across financial services, healthcare, technology and public sector organisations. We have sat in the seats your learners sit in — managing budgets, leading restructures, coaching underperformers and celebrating breakthroughs.

That lived experience shapes every exercise, case study and debrief we deliver. Participants consistently tell us the difference is palpable: our facilitators speak their language and understand the pressures they face on Monday morning.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the things prospective clients ask us most often.

How long does a typical programme take to design and deliver?

Most engagements move from initial briefing to first delivery within four to six weeks. Shorter awareness workshops can be turned around in as little as ten working days, while comprehensive leadership academies may require eight to twelve weeks of design time to ensure every element is tailored.

Can sessions be delivered virtually or only face-to-face?

We deliver in whatever format suits your teams. Our virtual sessions use breakout rooms, digital whiteboards and live polling to replicate the energy of in-person workshops. Hybrid options are also available for organisations with distributed workforces.

What is the ideal group size?

We recommend cohorts of eight to sixteen participants for interactive programmes. Larger keynote-style sessions can accommodate up to two hundred attendees, though the depth of personalised coaching naturally decreases at scale.

How do you measure the return on investment?

We apply the Kirkpatrick model at all four levels: reaction, learning, behaviour and results. Pre- and post-programme assessments, 360-degree feedback snapshots and business KPI tracking give you a clear picture of impact within the first quarter after delivery.

Do you offer ongoing retainer arrangements?

Yes. Many of our clients move to a retained partnership model after an initial project. This gives you priority scheduling, dedicated facilitators who know your culture inside-out and preferential rates on additional programme design.

Ready to invest in your people?

Tell us about your team, your challenges and your ambitions. We will come back to you within one working day with an outline proposal — no obligation, no hard sell.
